We are blitzing the entire city of SD this week to clear the canyons once and for all! Please flood the Mayor and other leader's email boxes with your messages and call them too! We will take back these canyons and then we will end police sanctuary policies in San Diego, but only with the committment of a lot of determined folks.

We won't take no for an answer! We are not asking, we are deminding action now, before the next round of Santa Ana winds return later this week and more people are put at risk by these protected criminals!

We are focusing on this one issue for the next two weeks until I see the police posting eviction notices on each and every one of the many dozens of illegal shacks in McGonigle Canyon! This is the first big step towards ending the sactuary city status in San Diego. Please call this week, especially Tuesday and Wednesday.

The camps were concealed yet plainly visible by the light of fires every night. This two part video was copied onto a DVD and shown to many city, fire, sheriff and police officials in Bonsall, Fallbrook and San Diego in August of 2007. I don't blame the Mexicans. I blame our elected officials for knowingly allowing foreigners to occupy our canyons and light illegal fires at will for years on end - in plain sight.

Homeland Security's Office of Immigration Studies released a report August 31 that estimates the number of illegal aliens residing in the U.S. is between 8 and 12 million. But the group Californians for Population Stabilization, or CAPS, has unveiled a report estimating the illegal population is actually between 20 and 38 million.

Four experts, all of whom contributed to the study prepared by CAPS, discussed their findings at a news conference at the National Press Club in Washington Wednesday. James Walsh, a former associate general counsel of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, said he is "appalled" that the Bush administration, lawyers on the Senate Judiciary Committee, and every Democratic presidential candidate, with the exception of Joe Biden, have no problem with sanctuary cities for illegal aliens.

"Ladies and gentlemen, the sanctuary cities and the people that support them are violating the laws of the United States of America. They're violating 8 USC section 1324 and 1325, which is a felony -- [it's] a felony to aid, support, transport, shield, harbor illegal aliens," Walsh stated.

Walsh said his analysis indicating there are 38 million illegal aliens in the U.S. was calculated using the conservative estimate of three illegal immigrants entering the U.S. for each one apprehended. According to Walsh, "In the United States, immigration is in a state of anarchy -- not chaos, but anarchy."

I called Councilman Peters office and was transfered to Woojin Shim (619) 236-6611, he is in charge of Carmel Valley and Mc Gonigle canyon. After I complained about the migrants in the canyons and their open fires, he told me that he contacted the Northeastern police and that they will clear them out. Call Mr. Shim and urge him to take action against the illegal alien squatters living in the canyons. When you call, say that your are calling on behalf of your mother, fahter, brother, sister or a family member who is sick an tired of having illegal aliens with open camp-fires near their homes.
