CNN is stating that there is conflicting information regarding her status. However even her Wikipedia page states that she is dead.

At any rate this is tragic ,

I also thought so but all border politicians have a tightwire walk. I was just reviewing her wiki page and it mentioned nothing of her position on that issue. She was trying to get H1B visas increased.

I did not appreciate CNN characterizing Tucson as a conservative community. What? The conservative Mexicans teaching ethnic superiority studies in the school district? What the gay male capital of the region? What the University town? What? The town that the hippies flocked to in decades past? Tucson is a beautiful and vibrant community but conservative?
