Tiny just called me and asked if I heard Inouye say the "Fairness Doctrine" was in this bill...Did anyone hear this? I was not on c-span at the time....

Did he say it was an amendment?

Sessions just said that Reid is telling all the Democrats to vote against E-Verify.

Inhofe is talking about the Fairness Doctrine right now. Amendment 591 by Durbin from what I can figure out. The Thune amendment bars money to reinstate the Fairness Doctrine.

Reid just listed Sessions amendment as one of the ones being voted on this evening.

And all the Dems will vote No?

Reid is Obama's lieutenant in the Senate. If Obama - who supported E-Verify when he was a senator - wanted to protect Americans he could call off his dogs, Reid and Pelosi, with a phone call.

We have to put maximum pressure on these quislings.

I just got through to James on the Lou Dobb's radio show and told him about them trying to sneak the Fairness Doctrine in this bill. James said he's going to get right on it and see what's going on.

They are voting now on Cornyn's bill .....Sessions bill should be coming up soon
