What the heck? "Do not use an avatar is checked off and I can't uncheck the box!

I clicked on select custom avatar which unchecked the "Do not use avatar", then I saved the settings and it showed the avatar but I got "Upload of file failed". Oh I see it though! Yay!

Fied up my profile page and looks great. All is well. LOL

Corrected a few news articles that were chopped up and weird due to our glitch however decided to stop, might interfere with the investigation of the problem.

Still no access to HOME get this message:

Well, shoot, I don't see them like I did before. Don't I have a setting right or something?

Never mind. It is in settings. Had mine under Misc Options as Basic Editor which changed now to Standard Editor and I see all the gizmos.
