    ALIPAC Blocked to Roadrunner Cable users in DC

    Friends,

    We have just received a report that ALIPAC is being blocked on the web for those using cable broadband RoadRunner in Washington DC.

    If you or a friend live in DC and use Roadrunner / dc.rr.com please let us know if you can reach us at www.alipac.us or not as we look into this.

    We are not 100% certain we are blocked. We have a report that we are blocked and are seeking to verify?

    I have cable broadband through AOL road runner. Not in the WDC area but in the Raleigh, NC area. The past few days I have had problems on and off especially during probable high traffic times accessing Alipac. The usual message is "page cannot be displayed." Now, I do receive this message from time-to-time trying to access other websites that are on different topics. Even though my ISP is AOL, I normally access Alipac through yahoo and my main email address at yahoo.

    Go figure!

    Oh that's funny!! They probably made the call to Time Warner to pull the plug.

    Hopefully it's just a "glitch".

    Nanny, The problems with the site access for all of us are different that what might be happening in DC.

    We hope to have the site access problems fixed by early next week.
