    Amnesty Question

I live in California. I have been pondering this amnesty bull. I have a question that I cannot seem to find an answer to--maybe some of you can help. IF, heaven forbid, amnesty is approved--have any of these libs even thought about the roar of thundering illegals crossing the border within seconds??? Have they thought about that? Is there some type of planned "shoulder to shoulder" armed guard the entire length of the border the day of voting? And if not, how would they determine "who was here and who wasn't" since the border is STILL not secure???

My final thought is, dear God, if amnesty is given we will have the entire country of Mexico within our borders. Has anybody heard anything from these amnesty pushers regarding this?? It is an EXTREMELY scary thought for me that actually robs me of sleep since I am already literally surrounded by illegals in Southern CA.

I am doing my best on many sites, including numbersUSA, sending faxes, calling representatives, on and on and on. I am older and unfortunately after losing my job I cannot help much financially so I try to make up for it in other ways. I certainly hope that this amnesty is squashed totally once and for all very, very soon.

First thank You for your activism and Patriotism bobbieanne, it is doubtful that the border patrol let alone the US Military has the Strategic assets to handle a mass flood of hundreds of thousands if not millions of illegal aliens across our southern border. First initial impact will be I.A's over whelming
the state, county, and local Social Services systems of all the southern states on the border. Some of the southern states would be bankrupted in a matter of days considering the dire financial state some of them are in already. An Amnesty bill passing into law as William said "would be a nation killer". Alot of us have crunched some theoretical numbers of such a scenario and it could Financially collapse the United States as a whole.

I think those that support amnesty would probably welcome with great glee the ensuing "roar of thundering illegals". To them, it would mean an even bigger amnesty to boost their egos, strengthen their political power and control even more, increase the personal wealth of some of them, and enhance the power of "the race" for others. The country, the environment, and quality of life of current citizens mean nothing to them.

Usually there is some meaningless requirement for residency in an amnesty bill -- something like showing a past water bill -- and there is also a meaningless promise to secure the border after the fact -- which will likely never happen.

Thanks for the work you are doing and I hope that it is successful because an amnesty is not a solution at all to anything and will only make most everything worse. These are indeed times that try men's souls (or whatever that saying is). My sleep -- and blood pressure too probably -- has also been suffering from the realistic thoughts of the long term consequences of an amnesty. Some may even think that I need anger management, but I think the greater problem is that I and most everybody else have already been managed too much.

Welcome to ALIPAC Bobbieann! Thanks for all your hard work on this issue - phone calls, faxes, etc.

I think the pro-amnesty Libs already know full well if amnesty passes, there will NOT be any good way to determine which illegals have been here and which haven't. They will pretend they are requiring verification, but it will be "verification" that is easy to get and/or forge, and there will be no check-up on the verification.

They already know full well an amnesty will just reinforce MORE illegal aliens to come here illegally. People from all over the world will pour across our un-enforced borders.

The real problem is NOT that they haven't considered these things. The real problem is that THEY DON'T CARE. In fact, for many of them, this would be a good thing. Because it would mean many new Progressive voters. The more, the better.

They DON'T CARE about the rights of US citizens, many of us just get in their way. They DON'T CARE about preserving our sovereignty, they are for a North American Union, or even One World Order. They DON'T CARE about our national security, they can use a crisis to institute Martial Law. They DON'T CARE about maintaining any semblance of American culture, many of them hate America and/or WANT to change it.

They ONLY care about their own power and their Progressive/Socialist goals. And they just want the voters they need to ensure it.

It is sickening. But its the truth. And that is what we are up against.

Thank you all for your input. At least now I know that I am not the only one who has thought about this.

As for martial law, that is why I also joined www.oathkeepers.org which is a wonderful organization made of mostly of military both active and retired, but accepts everyone. I joined as a "citizen" at a $30/year membership. It gave me at least a tiny bit of hope that anything requiring use of the military against US citizens will meet huge opposition and absolute refusal to obey as it is unconstitutional and they took their oath seriously. Please check it out.

Thanks again for your very welcomed answers.

    Welcome Bobbieann

I have my doubts about winning back our coutry in a civil war .

I think that if we lose this peaceful objection we lose the nation . We are so out numbered and out gunned , not only our military but others they have brought in . We are watched by camaras and satalites everywhere we go , every store, parking lot , red light and certain highways .

So we must win this fight with protests and not violence ,imo .

Below is a good speech by Churchill I think ,not sure .

If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without bloodshed ; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly ; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival . There may even be a worse case, you may have to fight when there is no hope for victory , because it is better to perish than to live as slaves .

My blood pressure has risen this week I'm back on the meds I was off of . But at least I'm at home, not in some sand pit somewhere . If we can send them to war for the nation I can do my part here .

This is the most important battle since we became a nation .

they have not thought about it because they do NOT CARE what american citizens want. they have been bought off by lobbyists from big corporations and other groups who want cheap slave labor

NO there is no plan and probably wont be a plan because they dont care about who is here, who is lying or anything

Unfortunately, under the law of posse comitatus, the military does not have enforcement powers in this country. And, while it would be a nice thing to see on the borders, the military is limited. The law was passed to make sure there is no military coup in this country.
National Guard has a bit more leeway, but since the start of Iraq and Afghanistan wars, about 43 percent of our National Guard are in a foreign theater.
