AMNESTY SHUT DOWN 2009, TAKE ACTION NOW!!!!

    Friends of ALIPAC,

We are now in a good position to shut down Amnesty attempts in 2009.

Our overall strategy is to prevent any form of Amnesty from passing in Washington over the next six months. This will get us into the 2010 election cycle, when corrupt lawmakers will back off of any unpopular legislation in anticipation of the elections.

America may get one more shot at setting things right in Washington in 2010, if we can stop them from passing Amnesty.

Another part of our strategy has been to win several critical state battles using our political domino theory. Thanks to your hard work we have won all of those battles in 2009!

Now we need your help to use our smaller victories to take down the Dream Act Amnesty with very targeted strategic campaigns.

The Dream Act Amnesty is a bill ALIPAC has helped defeat several times before. The pro-amnesty (Comprehensive Immigration Reform) crowd in Washington hopes to use passage of the Dream Act to gain momentum for the big Amnesty.

We need thousands of you to focus this week on our first targeted state.

    ARKANSAS HERE WE COME!

WE ARE ATTEMPTING TO DEFEAT THE FEDERAL DREAM ACT AMNESTY LEGISLATION BY FOCUSING ON THE STATES WHERE WE HAVE DEFEATED DREAM ACT STATE LEGISLATION.

Our first move will be on one of the four critical states we have won victories in this year, Arkansas.

    Please take the following steps.

    Step 1:

Please craft your own distinct message for calls, e-mails, and faxes, using the following talking points.

-- Dream Act AMNESTY legislation has failed in each state it was attempted this year. Arkansas, Colorado, New Jersey, Oregon, and Maryland have all rejected in-state tuition for illegal aliens in 2009.

-- Illegal aliens should not receive any form of Amnesty, even if they are students as this will only encourage more illegal immigration into America at a time when illegal immigration is thankfully starting to reverse due to more enforcement and the bad economy.

-- Americans should not be forced to pay more taxes to replace our own children in the limited seats in college with illegal aliens as the Dream Act will force taxpayers to do.

-- During this terrible economy, Americans need every tax dollar and seat in college conserved for Americans and legal immigrants!

    SAMPLE MESSAGE

"I am calling/writing Congressman ____ to ask him/her to vote against the Dream Act Amnesty HR 1751 and S 729.

A super majority of Americans oppose the Dream Act Amnesty and each state that considered similar legislation in 2009 soundly defeated the Dream legislation. Arkansas, Colorado, Oregon, New Jersey, and Maryland have all defeated in-state tuition for illegal aliens this year and 40 states have rejected such legislation over the last 8 years!

Congress needs to reject any form of Amnesty, including the Dream Act Amnesty because such an amnesty would reward illegal immigrant families and lead to more illegal immigration in America, at a time when we need every tax dollar, every job, and every job training seat in college for suffering American families.

Please stand with the vast majority of American voters by working against and voting against the Dream Act Amnesty in 2009!

Please do not override the Arkansas legislature or the efforts of 40 states that have said no to Dream Act legislation. The public backlash of such a move would be astounding."

    Step 2:

We need ALIPAC supporters from EVERY STATE IN AMERICA to FOCUS your efforts on Arkansas first. Please contact each member of Congress below with your message.

First by phone and then in writing via e-mail, fax, letter, or all three!

We need these contact numbers ringing off the hook all week with your messages. Only with a massive and focused response can we assure these lawmakers get the message.

I'm on it, too... even though my Congressional representatives ignore all such communications. I'm hoping we can vote them out of office next term.

Perhaps we should adopt the slogan: "The American Dream for American Taxpaying Citizens!" as well.

For those who add additional items to their communications, here are a few important points which you may want to add in. I'm sure other ALIPAC members have many other suggestions which you may want to consider and I hope they share them with us. Here are mine:

    1. It is important that we keep all jobs in the United States and hire only United States citizens, at least until we reach a point where all jobs in this country are filled by our own. That's the way it is in most other countries and that's the way it should be here.

    2. We need to stop the wholesale giveaway of our tax dollars to those who use anchor babies as a means of accessing the Social Services System. Social Services was meant as a means of providing temporary assistance to all those U.S. Taxpaying citizens who paid into it.

    3. We need to stop Illegal Immigration so that the identities of U.S. Taxpaying citizens are not stolen by illegals.

    4. We need to stop the Outsourcing, or Redistribution of jobs to foreign countries so that the identities of U.S. Taxpaying Citizens are not stolen by foreigners who have access to our payroll and/or personal financial information.

    5. We need to protect our borders for as long as Mexico panders to drug cartels or terrorist extremists.

Amnesty only provides a haven for these situations to continue. We need to take care of ourselves first. We cannot take care of others until our own affairs are settled. Helping others does not mean giving away our jobs, our homes or our sovereignty.

Amnesty that was done in the past has only served to bring this situation to the critical point that exists today. We must not do it again!
Remember that*all Politicians work for us, the U.S. Taxpaying Citizens.* If they are not doing their jobs to your liking, FIRE THEM in the next elections.

One more point, the Dream Act is racist, it will benefit 30 Latin Americans for every Asian, African, or European who benefits.

When you call the Senators who have co-sponsored the Dream Act ask why they support this racism, are they bigots who think Latin Americans are superior to everyone else in the world?

Don't forget about the out-of state students suing in California due to the in-state tuition for illegals? If illegals are to get in-state tuition every state should give in-state cost to ALL AMERICAN CITIZENS?

    No to illegals in-state tuition!

Sent my e-mails. I really think we have a better chance at winning this than the pro-illegals. They have no facts, and when they do, it's completely made up. They will just reduce us to being racist, while ignoring their own racism.
