Thread: Anchor baby idea

A friend of mine and I were talking about how to solve the problem of anchor babies. I don't know if this was his idea or not, or if anyone else on this board has heard of this but he said that what hospitals should do is set up a room that serves as a Mexican embassy and when a pregnant illegal comes in during labor, you make her have the baby in that special room. That way she is technically having the baby on Mexican soil and the kid isn't considered an American citizen. Then you send them both back to Mexico and bill the government for the kid.

I like that idea Arizona, but I would add the following:

1. Have a bus outside ready to deport them back after recovery
2. Stand up to the mexican (or wherever they came from) and send them the bill cause the taxpayers would be stuck with it again.

That was my last line. Send them both back and bill Mexico.

I'll go for that or we could get our laZy congress to do its job and fix the 14th amnendment!! the rats know what is going on and they ignore it!

Exactly. They won't fix it so it's an idea that the hospitals might be able to take into their own hands and do for themselves. I don't really know much about politics or how embassies work but I'm sure it wouldn't take a whole lot to get this idea into actual motion.

Well their consulates are their sovereign territory and they would be right their handy to issue a birth cirtificate for their home country

Didn't I read here two days ago, that they are making Americans pay up front for operations because of all the free services to Illegal immigrants. It hasn't happened here but it was a border state.

Everything trickles down to us Americans being screwed so the illegals get all their charity needs filled.

Sad country we have had for the last 7 1/2 years...
