All other points should have been considered after the question was asked, was this bill presented constitutional? If not, then why all the fuss? Vote according to your oath. If a man's oath is no good, what good is he?

Get back to the Constitution and many other problems will have been solved. Had the Republicans hammered on the constitutionality of the bill as oppossed to the abortion non-issue then perhaps the Republicans would have started a revolution right there on the floor. I believe many in politics, the media, and business fear the subject and thorough examination, and a better understanding by the people of the Constitution.
