I have seen similar behavior in my neighbors with cats and dogs. Animals are simply a possesion, not a live creature who could provide help and companionship.

I have been around horse and know that a horse treated with kindness and care is a fantastic companion, they will follow you around like a pupy dog and often nuzzle your face, besides that fact that they will allow you to ride them.

This kind of treatment of animals is beyond cruel, it needs to be outlawed. It also says something about a society which treats animals as entertainment while that animal is suffering abuse. It says, cruel, uneducated, heartless, well...third world. What more can be said, what can we expect out of a bunch of third worlders who cling to their bloody culture?
