Anyone want to be an Abuse Documentation Volunteer?
Looks like there are some job openings in the US 8^). I wonder if the stimulus is paying for this position..hee hee.

JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: Caseworker/Hotline Volunteer – 10 hours per week
DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for answering the hotline, interviewing complainants, documenting cases of racial profiling and police abuse, and submitting reports. The volunteer will work remotely, approximately 10 hours per week. The position will report to BAN’s Policy Director.
Background
Border Action Network ("BAN") is a human rights, membership-based organization that combines grassroots community organizing, leadership development, litigation and policy advocacy across Arizona. Recently BAN launched a toll free hotline for people to report cases of racial profiling related to immigration law enforcement and SB1070. The response from the community to this hotline so far has been so overwhelming that several volunteers are needed to assist with call processing and reporting.
Requirements:
1. MSW, JD or school of social justice student preferred.
2. Fully bilingual in written and oral Spanish and English.
3. Interviewing/casework management experience preferred.
4. Have access to telephone, computer and Internet.
5. Computer proficiency.
5. Experience maintaining confidential information.
6. Solid writing skills in English and Spanish.
7. Able to promptly respond to requests for assistance.
8. Able to enter information into an internal report form.
9. Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Depends if I get to do my own job, or someone else tells me what I can't do that "is" in my job description of the actual and original purpose of the position.
Bet someone else tells them not to do their jobs.
