Price is a Democrat, he's the one who had the amendment on Asylum expansion and Aguilar is a Democrat who had the amendment on not removing DACA's.

Doesn't matter who had the amendment.

As you can see there are more R's than D's on the Committee and it passed, with only 1 R actually speaking out against.

I understand that, they do it to get the bill approved and moved on out of the Committee. Plus, not all the Republicans on the committee are anti-DACA or anti-Asylum like we are. They're all anti-illegal immigration but some have reasons for supporting some things that we oppose because of their religion or the make-up of their districts or their kids grew up with the people we want to deport, or donors, etc., etc., so some aren't "hard-liners" like we are. The Full Committee will get more flack about it and will hopefully clean it up. But maybe not.

I don't know exactly what you mean by they are all anti-illegal immigration. But if you're implying none of them support amnesty for illegal aliens, you would be wrong. For example, I know for a fact Mario Diaz-Balart supports a path to citizenship (amnesty) for illegal aliens. I'm sure there are probably others.

LOL!!! No I'm not implying they do not support amnesty. I said they are all anti-illegal immigration, which means they are not open borders, they generally want to deport illegal aliens, and they want border security to keep them out. Not all are hard-liners who want to deport people who have been allowed to be here so long that they've taken root, built lives, have children, have entire huge illegal alien families here, they belong to churches, they work jobs, often the same job for years. Some people who are anti-illegal immigration just do not think that it is fair or proper to deport those people, so they want to give them amnesty. We're hard-liners who want to deport them no matter what the circumstance is, how long they've been here, regardless of their roots, and want to kick the whole kit and caboodle of their large families out of here including their minor citizen children.

I still don't agree that all the Republicans in the committee are anti-illegal immigration and want to deport illegal aliens.

Calling yourself/we/ me hardliners is falling for the left's play book.
We are not the hardliners, that would be those who want Ice Abolished, open borders, sanctuary cities and states, and criminals not separated from their children.
The left has controlled the language for years, and millions have been brainwashed from it.

So that only applies to those who cross between check points. If the alien comes to a check point claiming asylum, for any reason, they are in. How many do you think would take advantage of that offer? Once in, they are free to roam and work in the U.S., establishing their roots, waiting for their hearing, which as more and more come, gets delay longer and longer.

So an "R" who is for all those things you are against is good just because you think they will block vote with the "R" leadership?
