Heavy Hand of the Government
Until we can get the heavy hand of the federal government out of the way the states have no real power, sad to say. That is Ron Paul's whole point. Just think if the states were able to decide, that means the vote would go to WE THE PEOPLE! the closer the decision is to the people the more voice we have. The problem is the Federal Government run amok. Imagine if the border states had the right to deal with immigration the way their VOTERS chose...I bet the states would get those fences built and enforce the laws! If we just get back to LIMITED POWERS of government , everything would be worked out. For directions on how to fix the USA see US CONSTITUTION.

Many states are accomplishing alot and the illegals are jumping ship. Good example is Oklahoma. They have been winning the court battes so far. States have quite a bit of power as long as they legislate using the laws in the 1996 Immigration Act. That's what Oklahoma did and they are winning.

The elections will bring what they may but no matter who wins
I'd say this fight against illegal immigration is not going away
The problem is huge , it is a fight that will last beyond any one
term of whoever gets elected

I guess being fairly new I am unclear about what constitutes bashing? I am usually on the defensive for Ron Paul and I try to stick to facts when discussing other candidates.

Read and understood
Every immigrant who comes here should be required within five years to learn English or leave the country.

The reason I have not been banned (yet!) is because I just STAY OUT OF POLITICAL DISCUSSIONS. This tactic seems to have worked in my favor.
Thanks, W, for watching out for Alipac. Oops! AND MODS TOO!!PRESS 1 FOR ENGLISH. PRESS 2 FOR DEPORTATION.

I'm going to code this warning as a normal post later tonight and remove it as a sticky.
I hope that everyone will work together professionally and as a team.
We need everyone to pull together and exercise maximum respect and discipline for the tasks and tough times ahead.
