    There will be no reconciliation with the Muslim Brotherhood under an El-Sisi Presidency. The General who led the military takeover of former president Morsi’s, Obama-backed, Muslim Brotherhood regime makes it perfectly clear on Egyptian television.

    The General is questioned by a pair of Egyptian media hosts regarding his presidential bid and his platform and positions for Egypt’s future.
    One of the questioners asked, “Will you end the Muslim Brotherhood? If the voters choose you, is it true there will be no such things as the Muslim Brotherhood during your presidential term?”
    El-Sisi responded, “Exactly, and this is final.”

    El-Sisi faces only one opponent for the presidency, a leftist proponent of the mass-release of prisoners and what is labeled as “workers’ rights,” who is a distant underdog.
