And when he couldn't twist the evidence, the government demanded that the court seal evidence which would have been exculpatory to the defense."

    Nearly two years after the conclusion of the trial, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas has yet to release a transcript of the trial.
    These two paragraphs tell me alot, especially about the sealed evidence and the transcript not being released. This whole thing stinks of corruption. I am so glad there are good men that are not going to rest until the truth is out in the open.

    It's immaterial given that the agents themselves admitted that they fired multiple shots (emptying magazines) at the suspect.
