What commerce is Gov. Abbot interfering with that Biden is challenging in Court?
.
As previously pointed out, the Biden Administration is asserting the State of Texas is in violation of section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act, 33 U.S.C. § 403, which was enacted under Congress’ authority to “regulate commerce with foreign nations." So, what is the commerce which Gov. Abbot is interfering with that is upsetting the Biden Administration?
Seems to me Biden is furious because Abbot is interfering with the Mexican Cartel’s drug and human trafficking commerce into the United States, and Gov. Abbot's interference with such commerce is costing the “big guy” his piece of the action.
