The Big Enchilada
Well folks, I know its early, and I am probably getting ahead of myself, but from a Californians persective I like the way the primary looks. For those that don't know, "The Big Enchilada" is the California primary, it is obviously a key state to win, and pretty much seals the nomination for anyone who takes it. Consider this.................
In State of Emergency Pat Buchanan said that he won 30% of the vote of Southern California for the Republican Primary in '92. And that was against an INCUMBENT president, BEFORE immigration became a huge national political issue, and after LOSING primaries for months. Why? Pat campaigned in California hard on the immigration issue......Now, today we have a situation where there is no incumbent, immigration is a hot political issue, and it is 15 years and millions of illegals later. If Tom (or Duncan or Ron) win a few early victories in the primary, and gain some momentum, winning California will garantee the nomination. Californians are ardently opposed to illegal immigration, as seen by the success of pat in '92 as well as the landslide victory of one of the most unpopular incumbent governors in California history--Pete Wilson. Why did Wilson make a historic come from behind victory in '94? Prop 187, that's why.
187 was voted for by 59% of the California electorate. We were over-ruled when the ACLU and LULAC found a federal judge to over-turn it. But Californians may have the last laugh. We may be the deciding factor in putting Tom, Ron, or Duncan on the Republican ticket. Duncan already has the support of his district here in San Diego, for instance. Maybe the good news from Tancredo's camp is getting to my head, but what do you all think?Serve Bush with his letter of resignation.

We can make this happen if we, and our presidential prospectives can stay the course.

If you haven't read it yet, please do--it is a gold mine of info. Here is what I found: "...a Rasmussen Poll found that, in a three way presidential race in 2008, if 'a third party candidate ran.....and promised to build a barrier along the Mexican border and make enforcement of immigration law his top priority,' that third-party candidate would run dead-even with the Democrat, while the Republican presidential candidate would be a distant third with 21 percent of the vote."

According to the Rasmussen poll, Tom would have an excellent chance of being elected. We may be seeing the end of the Republican Party and the beginning of something new and much better. Something that a very credible source is saying has a very good chance of taking the White House!!Serve Bush with his letter of resignation.

That or be the running mate of the primary winner. Something like Ron Paul as the President, with Tom Tancredo as his second, and Duncan Hunter as Speaker of the House. That would secure our Republic on a road to recovery from the omnipotent, arroghent, monster we are now faced with, and actually secure some common sense which hasn't been displayed since before I was born over 40 years ago.

If Ron, Tom, and Duncan don't start a mutiny, the globalists may......The Party may be on the verge of splintering. Much the way the Federalists and the Whigs before them, the Rep Party needs something to [Bush]resignate[/Bush] with the American people. Much like abolition gave birth to it, and death to the Whigs. Immigration has the historic importance, and political crystalization to do so. A fresh start with a Party headed by our three guys just sounds so exciting to me.
