    Big Question

If the illegals are boycotting on May 1 then why don't we boycott too!?!?!

It would be great. That would be so disruptive! :P

If they go through with it, I'll enjoy going to 7-11 to get coffee and not have to make smart remarks about speaking "english" in my country. Do they really think we can't get by without them? Isn't that a little self centered? I'm looking forward to it myself..

William, I think it would be marvelous if everyone just stayed home that day. It will be like a ghost country. Shall we start spreading the word?

I'll be driving to of all places Laredo that day. Think I'll take sandwiches and a cooler and not spend a penny in Laredo.

Well, I have to be honest with you, if they actually DO boycott on the border, it will shut down this city entirely. They will be hurting their own businesses and we won't be contributing anything to them either.

However, in the heartland, where they aren't the majority yet, I wonder what it would be like if everyone just stayed home. Nobody would know if their protest was effective or not. LOL I just love it.

Or would the illegals be bolstering the effectiveness of our boycott?
