Birth Right Citizenship - Did anyone watch Glenn Beck's show

I just saw Glenn Beck interview a Congressman from Ga, I believe it was. Forgot his name.

Anyway, they were discussing Birth Right Citizenship. Fascinating!

North Korea has an entire travel industry focused on just this. They arrange travel, accomadations, etc for NK's to come to the US to deliver their babies.

    1. It's free
    2. The child will not have to sign up for the NK Army
    3. The child, at age 21, can petition for their parents to become US Citizens

Mexico it costs $1000 to give birth. In the US:

    1. It's free
    2. The child, at age 21, can petition for their parents to become US Citizens.

Over 400,000 babies born in this country each year are born to illegal immigrants and by nature of birth are given birth right citizenship.

The US is one of only a handful of countries that have birth right citizenship. Europe, France, etc do not.

He also went into a brief but great history of the 14th amendment.

I didn't see this but I am glad to see this get the kind of coverage it gets on his show.

This needs to be challenged in our courts and feel it will be eventually. The 14th was NEVER intended for anchor babies.

If our elected officals would not do this on a personal level...then we have what the answer should be! This makes SENSE!
I have posted this before, but I'm sure there are new members since the last post.

Suppose you’re sitting at home one evening reading when you hear a knock at the door. Upon opening it you find a man standing there with his extremely gravid wife. He explains they were headed towards the hospital maternity ward, but they've run out of time. Could she come into your house to have the baby?

Suppose you agree to the man's request.

Does it follow that the child, then, because of its birth in your house is entitled to a share of it? And that its parents, after 21 years, since they are related to someone who owns part of this property can also be dealt in? Along with all of their relatives?

It's likely most Americans would find the child's claims on the house absurd, but the United States has adopted precisely this logic through the current custom of granting U.S. citizenship to children born in the United States to illegal aliens, temporary workers, and tourists.

    He's good....

(he recommends people see his web-site if they miss things on his show)
Illegal aliens remain exempt from American laws, while they DEMAND American rights...

It all must go back to the intentions of our forefathers in the writing of the 14th Amendment to the Costintution. They had no idea that the USA would turn out to be a multiracial mess. This amendment granting U.S. Citizenship to people born here was not meant for non-Europeans with the exception of newly liberated Black Americans who needed to be integrated within our society therefore in need of Citizenship.
The article states that people must be subject to the "jurisdiction thereof, meaning jurisdiction of the States in which the are born and illegal aliens and their children born here are not subject to the legal jurisdiction of any State therefore cannot be U.S. Citizens.
It's time pass another quick Amendment to clarfy this important subject before our Country becomes gets destroyed by non-stoppable invasions.

P.S. The Newbeeeeeeeee!!~!! classification is very offensive. I'm a veteran activist elsewhere.
