Order the Bureau of Vital Statistics to STOP issuing U.S. Birth Certificates to illegal aliens, foreigners coming her on vacation giving birth and non-citizens!

They have NO proof of US citizenship...NO Birth Certificate!

Give them a "Certificate of Child Born Abroad".
