Bombs Are Flying, Children Are Dying... Obama's Partying Late-Night on Martha's Vineyard

And getting in some tee time.

As Milwaukee burns with race riots and floods ravage Louisiana killing nine people thus far, President Obama is getting in some much-needed tee time on Martha's Vineyard, and is also partying late into the night.

According to the Associated Press, Obama, who is currently vacationing on the exclusive Massachusetts island, has been going out near-nightly and keeping unusually late hours. TheFree Beacon adds:

On Sunday, as protesters hurled rocks at Milwaukee police officers to protest the shooting of an armed black man, Obama gathered his security and press entourage to go out at nearly 11 p.m. for an “unspecified ‘social event.’” He returned home just before 1 a.m. Monday and played a round of golf later that day, his seventh of his trip since arriving on Aug. 6. Obama was on the golf course for five hours earlier in the day on Sunday.

Despite taking a brief break from his vacation to attend a Hillary Clinton fundraiser on Monday, Obama has yet to comment on the Louisiana flooding and the ongoing unrest in Milwaukee. He did upgrade the emergency declaration for Louisiana to a major disaster declaration, authorizing federal authorities to respond with aid.

“Although Michelle is very strict about me actually taking a vacation when I get a vacation, she gave me a special dispensation for this evening because she understands, just as all of you understand, how important this is,” Obama said in Chilmark of Clinton’s presidential campaign at the fundraiser.

The Milwaukee riots began on Saturday, yielding 14 arrests over looting and arson. Rioters have burned businesses, injured police and set a gas station ablaze. Meanwhile floods in Louisiana have claimed the lives of nine people while another 20,000 have just been rescued. It's being dubbed the worst natural disaster since Hurricane Sandy.

We've a nagging suspicion that if the officer who shot Sylville Smith were white, Obama would have had dropped his golf clubs to hold a press conference on police brutality and tell us all how, if he'd had a son, he would have looked a lot like Sylville.

In terms of the floods, the African American community doesn't seem to mind that Obama's been largely absent from the scene save for signing a disaster declaration for the State. The NAACP even "applauds" President Obama for his "decision to declare the situation in four parishes a 'major emergency.'"

Yeah, that's some serious leadership from our Commander in Chief.

"As we were tragically reminded in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, Louisiana is a state of stark racial and socioeconomic divides, and federal support can be vital to making sure that communities of color get the help they deserve," adds the NAACP, which seems more concerned with blaming "environmental injustice" for the floods than on Obama's response to them.

"African American communities are shouldering the worst of America’s abuse of the environment," the NAACP writes. "We will fight to ensure that the disaster response in Louisiana is equitably implemented, and we will continue our efforts, strong as ever, to raise awareness of this dangerously under-acknowledged injustice."

And we're sure these "race-targeted environmental injustices" were catalyzed by none other than the former president who "blew up" New Orleans' levees.

This guy is a joke! Look at what is going on in Louisiana and he is just ignoring the problem. He could have already been there and back. November could not come soon enough.

He has no business telling Trump he is unfit to be president. Many national tragedies were not greeted immediately by this president. He stopped in San Bernardio on his way to Hawaii long after the carnage.

The Red Cross is calling this the worst natural disaster (La. flooding) since super storm Sandy. Where is Barack Obama? Oh, four.........a term used when playing golf and the ball goes astray.

Obama is not a serious or responsible person. Listen to him defer to Michelle who doesn't want him to work on his vacation like some hen-pecked moron.

Not that the Obamas would have a clue as to how to help the situation. They have clearly proven they are not problem-solvers.

What a joke! Obama has one of the highest amounts of time and the highest amount of money spent on the golf course for a president.
