    At the black and latino journalists convention in August she offered to provide a benefit (escape from prosecution) in exchange for votes for Dem. senate candidates, which would be a violation of elections law.. I wrote to three groups about this, and no response. Conservatives are very disorganized on legal issues. I'm not sure why? Probably because they have other industries to make big money whereas liberals tend to rely upon institutions based upon communication, i.e universities, courts, journalism.
