    I have no details except that they are hearing that
    this announcement will be made today

    The GOP power brokers probably forced the move.. If true..

    They probably threatened or bribed.. most likely threats were made that he would have no future in the party if he stayed in.

    It was just announced on Fox news that they have a source
    saying that he will announce it at his speech at cpac

    I sure hope it isn't true
