Thread: How to turn in a illegal (I'm all ears)

6 years ago I dated this illegal (not knowing she was illegal) and we have a daughter together and things are getting messy. Family court here in Dallas does not care that she is illegal. She has told me recently that she can have me taken care of. And she will do ANYTHING to keep custody of our daughter. How can I get her taken care of legally?

Problem is that Immigration and Customs is 99% likely to NOT RESPOND to you or any other American reporting illegal aliens or groups of illegal aliens.

Also, lots of illegals have close ties to the Mexican mafia they paid to bring them in so be careful. Life is cheap in illegal alien land.

If you did not marry her, she is still illegal, while your child is an American citizen. I would definitely start writing down your phone conversations, visits to the child, and keep receipts of all the money you have spent on this child's support, down to the quarter under the pillow for a lost tooth. And then contact local authorities with absolute proof that she is illegal, and even call ICE for proper procedures. Then get a very good attorney.
I give this advice, not knowing anything about Texas family law. But my point is that there are plenty of resources to turn to.

Work and support your child, just go on with your life. You have few if any choices.

If I were you I would not put anything in this child's name, not even insurance. Tell her that you have told many others about her threatening your life. Tell her she will be the first one the police will question and send across the border if something happens to your child or you.

I would move out of Texas and send payment via state child support from the new state you local in. Ask the courts to give your child summer vacation with you possibly June 20 through August 1. As a dad you do not have to visit with your child. Leave the situation!

This woman is going to get E-Verified someday let's hope. Find an American that will keep an eye on your child. You are walking on egg shells!

If so, gather as much information as possible regarding her unsuitability as a mother (illegal alien status counts) and hire a lawyer to file a child-custody lawsuit for you. By the way, did anyone else hear her verbally threaten your life?

I have some dings on my record from 20+ years ago. My name is on the birth certificate.

I would record every telephone conversation. If I could I would record any face-to-face conversations. If you can afford one, hire a private investigator to get as much info on her associations and how she treats the child. Get a lawyer's advice.

Well I do know that she works in a cantina (bar) that is into drug dealing and ID theft. She also has told me that she is embezzling money from the owner of the bar. He is 82 years old and I told him and he just does not care. He also knows that all the girls are illegal and he does not care that he has them employed in his bar.
