Snopes is a couple working out of their home. They aren't even from the United States. When I researched them years ago, like 11 years ago, I thought they were Iowa. But if that's not right and it's California, I stand corrected.

The point is, this is a couple working out of their home, they are no better at debunking or researching than any of us here at ALIPAC, and frankly, far less so, in my opinion.

Americans don't need a couple working out of their basement to tell them what's real and what isn't, what's right and what's not. Americans are perfectly capable of doing every bit of the google searches this couple does to determine it for themselves.

SO, when American do their own research and come up with a conclusion or finding, it is completely WRONG to refer to SNOPES as somehow being the SUPERIOR RULER of the Truth. They are not. They are not truth tellers, they are debunkers, big difference. It's just like PolitiFact, that has no credibility any more either.

Americans don't need this "fact-checking", "debunkers", with their own bias and opinions.

Americans need to realize their own mind is the only debunking mechanism they need. Yes, we need facts, and for that we've relied in the past on government data and the media. But today, both of those sources are corrupt, so we're on our own to find our own source of data, our own source of facts, and then use our own brains to process it.
