    according to his staff he is not up for reelection til 2010 is that correct? did we just reelect him?

    Even if Brownback isn't up for re-election until 2010, he has Presidential asperations, so is vulnerable to pressure. He has already stated that he will likely pay a political price for his support of amnesty.
