He just referred to the immigration marchs as seeing americans feeling strongly about these issues and the importance for people in a democracy to express themselves.

One problem, if your here ILLEGALLY, you do not have those rights! Maybe he meant our side?

It's funny that America prides itself on giving rights to people, who don't have rights and even to animals who also don't have rights. The beings who have the fewest rights, in America, are the American citizens. What's wrong with this picture?

Ya...I didn't like his attitude. It was like you have to expect the babies to throw a fit but I'M GOING TO DO WHATEVER I WANT. Sorry, I thought his job was to do what the constitution and the American people wanted.

Did he come on TV to talk about these protests? And he was clearly on the side of the illegal aliens and talk down about Americans who object to non-citizens mandating America's laws?

If that is the case than Americans should see that he will only listen to what he can SEE not what he can hear.

Apparently until he SEES US what we are saying will mean nothing.

Bush is obviously crazy. Illegals dont have the right to assemble and ask for the same rights given to American Citizens.

Did Bush actually call the illegal aliens, Americans? If so, he has totally lost it. It may be time to vote the Republicans out of office, so the democrats can impeach Bush. He is a total sellout.

The problem with doing that is that we might end up with Nancy Pelosi as President (assuming Cheney was impeached and removed too and Nancy was elected Speaker of the House). Nancy may not be quite as crazy as Bush, but may be even more damaging with a Democrat majority in Congress in getting amnesties and open borders.

Personally, I think the better strategy, for now, would be to keep the Republicans in control of Congress and work to weed out the open border types such as Hagel, Martinez, Specter, and McCain. The way the Congress works, if Republicans aren't in control of the committees, there won't be anything but open-border, pro-illegal stuff coming out of the committees -- there would never have been a H.R. 4437 if the Republicans didn't have control of the House. The Democrats, in general, are more pro-amnesty than the Republicans.

BTW, I think I heard somebody on the Terry Anderson show last night say that there is a video of Bush someplace waving a Mexican flag and telling Mexicans in Mexico that they have a right to be in the U.S. Southwest because it once belonged to Mexico. That seems a little extreme even for Bush, but if true that alone would be grounds for impeachment and removal. Even if that isn't true, his doing nothing meaningful to stem an invasion of what some say is 16,000 per day now would be grounds for impeachment too, IMO. If Bush keeps it up, a Democrat Congressional majority might not be necessary for impeachment.

He was actually TX governor when this happened. But still?

I think he wants to SEE US out there too. That way he can tell Vicente, "Sorry, buddy, as you can see, no can do". It gets him out of this dilemma he is in. So he's doing everything he can to get US out there.

We're hoping he will save US, and he is hoping WE will save him. If nobody does anything then we will all lose.
