Bush says war is good for economy. WHAT?
I just heard Bush on the news saying he doesn't see a link between the war and the condition of the economy. And further more he said he thought the war was good for the economy saying it has people buying and making things for the war.
He also said the economy is a result of to many houses being built.
This guy ia a real joke.Unless we get those criminals & make them pay for what they have done to our country and the lawlessness they have sponsored, we are just another Mexico ourselves!

Economically speaking, Bush is wrong.
The Broken Window Fallacy Reapplied
A kid throws a rock at a window and breaks it, and everyone standing around regrets the unfortunate state of affairs. But then up walks a man who purports to be wise and all knowing. He points out that this is not a bad thing after all. The man fixing the window will get money for doing so. [The repairman's fee] will then be spent on a new suit, and the tailor too will get money. The tailor will spend money on other items, and the circle of rising prosperity will expand without end.
What's wrong with this scenario? As Bastiat put it, "It is not seen that as our shopkeeper has spent six francs upon one thing, he cannot spend them upon another. It is not seen that if he had not had a window to replace, he would, perhaps, have replaced his old shoes, or added another book to his library. In short, he would have employed his six francs in some way which this accident has prevented.""We have decided man doesn't need a backbone any more; to have one is old-fashioned. Someday we're going to slip it back on." - William Faulkner

Can we declare war on mexico then. It seems as if they have already declared war on us and we are doing nothing about it.
If we are going to go to war, then atleast do so against a country that actually intends to do us harm. The irony is we rush to the defense of countries all over the world, yet stand by and do nothing as the country next doors slowly invades.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
