Here is an example of freedom of speech but WITHOUT civility. There was no reason to call anyone ignorant in here. There may be some legal immigrants who come here with not much knowledge of the English language and their kids are put into ESL classes but the huge increase of the need for ESL classes in the past decade or so can be directly linked to when illegal immigration got out of control. Funny how most of these kids just happen to be mostly Spanish speakers, isn't it? Most of them are either here illegally or they are U.S. born children from illegal aliens.

Illegal alien is the legal, government term for one who is here without papers. Don't like it, tough!

"Alien: a foreigner; someone born in another country who has not become a citizen of his or her country of residence." Therefore a resident alien is a greencard holder and illegal alien is one here that has stayed beyond the time you are allowed to be in the United States.

The illegal alien problem is simply the Mechanism for leveraging what is yet to come. Once the civil unrest and chaos caused by the overwhelming tsunami of illegal aliens reduces America to complete anarchy...a state of total lawlessness and riots - the federal govenment will institute martial law.
This inventive pretext will then allow the 'Shadow Government' to step forward and VISABLY takeover our country. They will install a socialist-communist-marxist - One World Order (OWO) - dictatorial government in plain sight instead of clandestine.

They love to quote the Constitution and interpret when it applies to one of their arguments; however when it comes to the Freedom of Speech, or Freedom of Expression, they've never heard of this in the First Amendment or they interpret the First Amendment to their favor. Never mind, the illegal aliens, some of our members want to limit the freedoms of American Citizens which is more fearful than just the illegals.

I am one and I do know what I am talking about. Maybe, the mentally challenged should also pay for their own classess? How about those with speech problems? What about GATE and honor students. You are assuming that everyone who takes ESL is an illegal immigrant. I work in a very affluent city, where we have a couple of hundred students enrolled in ESL. Out of the couple of hundred, maybe 5 are illegal, the others all legal. Screw them, right.
