Thread: California - Illegal Immigrant Voting Small Part Of Fraud

This is a response to an e-mail I had sent regarding illegal immigrants voting in our elections. According to this agency I.D. is required to register to vote. Haven't they heard that illegals steal their I.D. so they can get a license?

Non-citizen voting makes up only a small part of election fraud cases investigated by the Secretary of State’s office. As you may be aware, the identification requirements enacted as part of the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) in 2006 have made it more difficult for non-citizens to attempt to register to vote. Under HAVA, people who register to vote must now provide a California Driver’s License or California Identification Card number or partial social security number on their voter registration form. These identifiers are matched against California Department of Motor Vehicles and Social Security Administration databases for authenticity to ensure that each applicant is eligible to register.

I love the "small problem" part. Don't these folks know you can buy a photo ID on any street corner, and some of these folks are so good they even produce US bills that the Secret Service can hardly tell apart forgeries from the real thing. I am going to have to take a blood pressure pill on that politically correct whitewashing of a serious situation. Keep up the good work!

Well thats Great news . But is it real ? The Dem's are licking their chops at winning the WH by voter Fraud . Course that could mean simply changing the Diebold results .

How about any estimates of fraud levels for the portion of the electorate NOT investigated?

Well thats great in California but here in N.Y. I have never been asked for ID to vote.
