    So now we're making exceptions for intelligence? That seems a lame excuse to grant legal resident status to the parents. What next? If your anchor baby is handicapped, physically or mentally, will that also get you a green card? What if they are only left handed?

    There is no smart ones because they broke the law. That makes them not very smart or knowledgeable, also they are coming here because they can't get a job or a life in their own country.
