I think you are exactly right, which is why Jan Brewer should with hold all federal tax payments and use the money to secure her border.

Be careful! Hillary and Napolitano and Obama will say that the best way to solve a government collapse is to import temporary foreign laborers and throw Americans out of work. They are too mentally ill to think of anything else!
