What a silly comment to make. No, these illegals are not all members of a drug cartel. I won't deny that a few drug cartels members may purposely be intermingling with the caravan, but there is absolutely nobody nowhere (other than you) that has suggested these caravan movements have anything to do with the cartels. Actually, these caravans are cutting into the cartels human smuggling operations and I'm sure they aren't happy about that.

The cartels don't need caravans to get their people back and forth across the border. They seem to come and go at will.
