Agreed. Trust must be earned. He is either thinking border security and not thinking through all that is needed internally to secure it or he is using weasel words to mollify latinos. Either way, we need to press the case that the magnets (jobs, benefits) must be unavailable to fully secure the border, not just some fence. The rest will take care of itself if the magnets go away.
