CIVIL RIGHTS LEADER DENOUNCES AMNESTY/GUESTWORKER PLANS
Calls Proposals A Slap In The Face For Black Americans

T. Willard Fair, Founder and Chairman of Independent Voices for Change, President of the Urban League of Greater Miami Inc. and long-time civil rights leader, has joined with a national group, including Californians for Population Stabilization (CAPS), in an advertising campaign to oppose proposals awarding amnesty to illegal foreign workers and importing hundreds of thousands more low skilled foreign workers.

Mr. Fair, who has focused since the 1960s on job training and placement for black Americans, says his "mission is impossible" as long as the government allows millions of foreign workers, both legal and illegal, to take American jobs.

Good for him I am glad to see someone stand up for colored Americans it is about damn time.

What is happening to black Americans due to this invasion is unconscionable. It is good to see a black man realize the scope of the injustice being done to them. I WELCOME his involvement. God willing, he will reach out to and connect with an ever-growing number of black Americans who are willing to fight for their rightful place at the American table.

We need ALL Americans to join together and fight this unrighteousness!

African-Americans, especially have been hit hard by illegal immigrants. African-Americans has been fired and replaced by illegals. Anyone who is against illegal immigration is for the American Citizen, black or white.


STILLMORE, Ga. -- After a wave of raids by federal immigration agents on Labor Day weekend, a local chicken-processing company called Crider Inc. lost 75% of its mostly Hispanic 900-member work force. The crackdown threatened to cripple the economic anchor of this fading rural town.

But for local African-Americans, the dramatic appearance of federal agents presented an unexpected opportunity. Crider suddenly raised pay at the plant. An advertisement in the weekly Forest-Blade newspaper blared "Increased Wages" at Crider, starting at $7 to $9 an hour -- more than a dollar above what the company had paid many immigrant workers.

The company began offering free transportation from nearby towns and free rooms in a company-owned dormitory near to the plant. For the first time in years, local officials say, Crider aggressively sought workers from the area's state-funded employment office -- a key avenue for low-skilled workers to find jobs. Of 400 candidates sent to Crider -- most of them black -- the plant hired about 200.

ITA. At the end of the day we are all Americans, but it is nice to see a Black face draw attention to the issue of illegals and the harm that they do to all of us.

All Americans standing together in unity against this menace of illegal immigration , a sea of patriotism.

That Democrats are willing to forsake America's poor and downtrodden citizens in favor of future votes is disgusting, immoral, and political suicide. Their agenda is crystal clear.
