Bet they keep this vote open most of the day, but it will still DIE the death it needs.
They can still bring it up. The bill is "still" in debate. However, they can NOT pass this thing (or call another cloture) until the day after they return from July4 holiday.
In other words, we have a 2 year period away from this amnesty bill!!!!
