The unfair tax plan is not necessary to shut down those organizations enjoying tax exempt-status as set forth in 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Internal Revenue Service has the power to end any organizations 501(c)(3) status if they're abusing their status.

None of them are abusing their status. They're doing exactly what the tax status and courts have authorized them to do for the very purpose for which it was designed and intended when the income tax was passed over 100 years ago.
