We already have a tough and fair path to legalization which illegal aliens fail to use. The tough path starts in their home countries by applying for a visa not sneaking across our border and then demanding we give it to them on a silver platter.

MHO anybody who doesn't use that path should be permanently barred from applying. My wife followed the process so can they.
