Construction companies and illegal workers
I need some help!
There is a large construction company doing road work near my home, and the majority of the workers appear to be hispanic.
What can I do to find out if they are here legally?

Welcome rwright! It makes my day to see more people supporting our fight to get our country back. I was told when it happened to me to contact your department of labor in your state, and then report it to I.C.E. 1-866-347-2423 Again WELCOME!

I`m not sure, just call and ask, there must be some kind of record on who uses it.

At the top of every web page here at Alipac is ALI-PAC Action Panel
click that and a list of resources are at your finger tips.
Illegal aliens come from every country, and there are millions of legal aliens and Americans who "look Hispanic". so you will need more factual
information before ICE will look into it.

Okay I have called the Georgia Dept. of Labor and no one there can tell me how to find out if an employer uses e-verify. Most of those that I did talk with did NOT even know what e-verify is!
Well how do you like that?

Go here and see if the company is a registered user of E-verify

D.A. King, President of The Dustin Inman Society in Marietta, is a long-time anti-illegal immigration activist in Georgia. He was instrumental in helping get the tough new Georgia law prohibiting that state benefits be given to illegal aliens passed. He surely would know all the "ins and outs" of this, especially as it applies in GA. There is a "Contact" form on their website:
