Speaking of C-Span, did anyone else see the Senate nail Gonzo to the cross last night? I truly enjoyed watching that incompetent weezil squirm.

Sessions is talking about the numbers of detention beds and border patrol. Now he's talking 287 (g)

Sessions said this Homeland Security Bill is on the floor now. It's called the Border Security First Amendment.

Sessions says this bill only funds to buils 370 miles of fence, not the 700 that was apporoved before.

He's saying there is not enough money in the bill to build the fence.

Talking now about illegals coming back into the country once they're deported. Need something in the bill to cover this.

Problem for the judges, cutting sentences, munipulating justice system

Sessions said the bill is a good start, but does not get us there and there are loopholes

Need to regain the confidence of the American people.

Looks like there are a number of amendments being introduced on this bill.

Johnny Isakson is up now. Says they won't let him bring up his amendment. Boy, talk about deja veu

Chambliss is up, saying we need to enforce our borders. Apparently he wrote an amnedment with Isakson.

We need to watch this bill. We can't afford to let them slip amnesty into this.
