Hi Swatchick, I need your professional opinion. Sorry this is off topic, but if you get a chance, please go to "Other topics" and then"2 men arrested in marketing stunt". The question that I have is, based on your law enforcement training, there isn't a way to tell if something is a bomb just by looking is there? Don't you have to err on the side of safety and follow procedure as if the device was a bomb? Thanks.
