It's not worded right. It should say "not just your location." What it says now is someone in India can say "I love Madonna, therefore I am an American." What I think he's trying to say is coming here and being here is not enough, it's not just being in the United States, it's assimilating. I don't think he's trying to say that just because someone in another country likes some of our values, they can go down to the US Embassy and apply for US citizenship abroad. Or on the other hand maybe he is since that's what the statement actually says, and I totally disagree with THAT!

Change your values in YOUR country...do NOT come here!

I was talking about those IN THIS COUNTRY. If they apply in their country, learn to speak, read and write English, and give up the ways of their country and assimilate in the ways of this country, they can become Americans!
