And Past Republicans are responsible as well, starting with Bush One, then Bush TWO, oh my God, Bush TWO didn't enforce any immigration law for 6 years holding out for his treasonous Guest Worker Permit plan. Fortunately, Congress refused and in his last 2 years he did a fairly good job, but the damage of 6 years of his open borders was a travesty that seriously exacerbated a problem that with a Republican Congress and a Republican White House we should have solved, not expanded.
