Exclamation Damaging Democrat Votes And Information Exposed!

The following information for people who are knocking on doors and making phone calls to persuade voters to vote out the Democrats in the 2022 midterms.

Biden blamed the inflation on gas prices on Putin and called it Putin's Price Hike. But when gas prices went down everything else still rose. "In August ... the cost of groceries, rent, home furnishings, medical care, new cars, auto insurance and education all surged." "Yet dig deeper and it’s clear that inflation, as the core CPI shows, has spread far and wide to encompass most of the economy. That’s a big warning sign.
What the core CPI reveals is that inflation has become embedded, ... in the economy".
    https://www.marketwatch.com/story/th...ff-11663082433

The media and the Democrats have also blamed it on supply chains. But that isn't true either. Economist Julia Coronado of MacroPolicy Perspectives said that "a broad range of other goods and services that consumers spend their money on, those prices kept rising. And that came despite improving supply chain functioning, signs of shipping costs and other commodity prices declining. ... Areas like new cars and furniture, prices continue to rise, despite ... moderating consumer demand, improved production and supply chain operations."
    https://www.pbs.org/newshour/show/in...est-rate-hikes

The real cause of inflation is Biden's American Rescue Plan. Two Democrats who were economic advisers in the Obama administration said so. According to former Obama economic adviser Steve Rattner, the Biden Administration "can’t say they weren’t warned — notably by Larry Summers, a former Treasury secretary and my former boss in the Obama administration, and less notably by many others, including me. We worried that shoveling an unprecedented amount of spending into an economy already on the road to recovery would mean too much money chasing too few goods. From my many conversations with administration officials, lawmakers and informed onlookers in recent months, it’s clear to me that the pressure on the White House, particularly from progressives, to move forcefully was intense. The original sin was the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan, passed ... almost completely unfunded — sought to counter the effects of the Covid pandemic by focusing on demand-side stimulus rather than on investment. That has contributed materially to today’s inflation levels."
    https://www.nytimes.com/2021/11/16/o...g-manchin.html

At the time the American Rescue Plan was passed, Larry Summers, former Treasury secretary in the Obama administration wrote that "while there are enormous uncertainties, there is a chance that macroeconomic stimulus on a scale closer to World War II levels than normal recession levels will set off inflationary pressures of a kind we have not seen in a generation, with consequences for the value of the dollar and financial stability."
    https://www.washingtonpost.com/opini...renceh.summers

So what was in this unfunded "$1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan" that caused inflation?

All Senate Democrats except Senator Joe Manchin voted to include funding for "any student whose biological sex is male to participate in an athletic program or activity designated for women or girls." Senate Democrats who are up for election in 2022 who voted to include funding for "transgender males" to compete in women's sports include Senators Mark Kelly, Catherine Cortez Masto, Raphael Warnock, and Maggie Hassan. There is also one Republican who voted to include funding for "transgender males" to compete in women's sports and that Republican is Lisa Murkowski. So vote for Republican Kelly Tshibaka and vote out Lisa Murkowski in the midterms. The amendment to prohibit funding for "any student whose biological sex is male to participate in an athletic program or activity designated for women or girls" was rejected by a vote of 49 - 50.
    https://www.senate.gov/legislative/L...17_1_00097.htm

All Senate Democrats including Senators Mark Kelly, Catherine Cortez Masto, Raphael Warnock, and Maggie Hassan who are up for election in the midterms voted against an amendment to "ensure that the 2021 Recovery Rebates are not provided to prisoners." The amendment to deny stimulus checks to prisoners was rejected 49 - 50.
    https://www.senate.gov/legislative/L...17_1_00103.htm

All Senate Democrats including Senators Mark Kelly, Catherine Cortez Masto, Raphael Warnock, and Maggie Hassan who are up for election in the midterms voted against an amendment to "ensure that the 2021 Recovery Rebates are not provided to illegal immigrants." The amendment to deny stimulus checks to illegal aliens was rejected 49 - 50.
    https://www.senate.gov/legislative/L...17_1_00104.htm

While all Senate Democrats voted to allow stimulus checks to illegal aliens they all voted against an amendment to fund "chemical screening devices for U.S. Customs and Border Protection". The amendment was rejected 48 - 50.
    https://www.senate.gov/legislative/L...17_1_00089.htm

Every Senate Democrat, including Senators Mark Kelly, Catherine Cortez Masto, Raphael Warnock, and Maggie Hassan who are up for election in the midterms, also voted against an amendment to "increase the availability of amounts for the Veterans Community Care Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs." The amendment was rejected 49 - 50.
    https://www.senate.gov/legislative/L...17_1_00107.htm

And finally, every Senate Democrat voted for final passage of the $1.9 trillion dollar American Rescue Plan. The bill passed by a vote of 50 - 49.
    https://www.senate.gov/legislative/L...17_1_00110.htm

220 out of 221 House Democrats, including Rep. Tim Ryan, who is running for Senate in Ohio, also voted to pass the bill. Only Rep. Jared Golden of Maine voted against it. The bill passed the House by a vote of 220 - 211.
    https://clerk.house.gov/Votes/202172

So you are paying more for gas prices, groceries, rent, medical care, new cars, auto insurance, etc. so that Democrats could spend your taxpayer dollars giving funding to support "transgender" biological males participating in women's sports.

You are also paying more for gas prices, groceries, rent, medical care, new cars, auto insurance, etc. so that Democrats could spend your taxpayer dollars giving free checks to prisoners and illegal aliens.

So if you're pissed off because your paying more for groceries, rent, auto insurance, etc. so that Democrats can fund transgender athletics and give free cash to illegal aliens and prisoners then vote every Democrat out.

But Democrats can always make a bad situation worse. Then there's "Build Back Better" or as it should be called "Build Back Badly".

Then with inflation and rising crime in blue cities because of woke DAs, Democrats are pouring gasoline on a fire with their pro-amnesty immigration policies.

According to a Gallup poll in Latin America "42 million -- said they want to go to the United States. ... Seekers of citizenship or asylum are watching to determine exactly when and how is the best time to make their move."
    https://news.gallup.com/opinion/chai...n-migrate.aspx

And it's not just Latin America. In a PBS Newshour story, just nine days after Biden took office, they featured a story on people traveling through the Darien Gap connecting Central America and South America where people were coming to the United States "from Latin America, Africa, the Middle East ... South Asia, ... from all over the world". https://www.pbs.org/newshour/show/th...er-in-brooklyn

And they are coming because "a lot of asylum seekers right now are hopeful ... that, with the new administration of Joe Biden, that there may be a lot of dramatic changes that could allow them to settle into a life more quickly and easily in the United States."
    https://www.pbs.org/newshour/show/th...er-in-brooklyn

By April, illegal aliens were surging across the border. Customs and Border Patrol said that they had "seen the highest number of apprehensions along the Southwestern border in two decades, with nearly 180,000 in April alone, a 34 percent increase from the last surge in the spring of 2019."
    https://www.pbs.org/newshour/show/u-...king-resources

And that makes crime in sanctuary cities worse. According to a study by John Lott of the Crime Prevention Research Center, in Arizona, undocumented immigrants "are at least 142% more likely to be convicted of a crime than other Arizonans. They also tend to commit more serious crimes and serve 10.5% longer sentences, more likely to be classified as dangerous, and 45% more likely to be gang members than U.S. citizens. Yet, there are several reasons that these numbers are likely to underestimate the share of crime committed by undocumented immigrants. ... If undocumented immigrants committed crime nationally as they do in Arizona, in 2016 they would have been responsible for over 1,000 more murders, 5,200 rapes, 8,900 robberies, 25,300 aggravated assaults, and 26,900 burglaries."
    https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers....act_id=3099992

And that study was published in 2018. With the amount of illegal aliens pouring into the country now just imagine how many more crimes illegal aliens are commiting.

And while inflation is causing the prices of gas, food, rent, etc. to rise illegal aliens are causing our wages to fall. According to Dr. George Borjas, Pforzheimer Professor of Public Policy at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, immigration "induces a substantial redistribution of wealth, away from workers who compete with immigrants and toward employers and other users of immigrant services. Workers lose because immigrants drag wages down. Employers gain because immigrants drag wages down. These wealth transfers may be in the tens of billions of dollars per year."
    https://cis.org/Report/Top-Ten-Symptoms-Immigration

And with illegal aliens pouring across our border these wealth transfers are made worse while our cost of living for everything continues to rise. Democrats know that immigration causes wages to fall. Bernie Sanders has said so himself.
In 2015, Bernie Sanders said the following: "Open borders? No, that's a Koch brothers proposal. ... It would make everybody in America poorer ... What right-wing people in this country would love is an open-border policy. Bring in all kinds of people, work for $2 or $3 an hour, that would be great for them. I don't believe in that. I think we have to raise wages in this country, I think we have to do everything we can to create millions of jobs.”
    https://www.vox.com/2015/7/28/901449...x-conversation
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vf-k6qOfXz0

So what did Democrats do with inflation causing rising prices and illegal aliens crossing the border in record numbers and driving down wages? They wrote a bill called "Build Back Better" or as I call it "Build Back Badly" that would try to "regularize the status of up to 10 million people."
    https://thehill.com/latino/563047-ma...in-budget-deal

And the Democrats tried "to use reconciliation to override any possibility of Republicans blocking the legalization of undocumented immigrants."
    https://thehill.com/latino/563047-ma...in-budget-deal

According to the Hill, opening "a pathway to citizenship for millions of people would mark the first time in 35 years that Congress dictates a liberalization of immigration policy after decades of increasing border security and immigration enforcement."
    https://thehill.com/latino/563047-ma...in-budget-deal

Here a couple of examples of "amnesty" amendments that Democrats voted for in the budget resolution or Senate Concurrent Resolution 14 to Build Back Better.

In Senate Vote 344 every Senate Democrat including Senators Mark Kelly, Catherine Cortez Masto, Raphael Warnock, and Maggie Hassan voted against an amendment to ensure "that the Department of Homeland Security, pursuant to title 42, United States Code, conducts expulsions of illegal immigrants who may contribute to the spread of COVID-19".
    https://www.senate.gov/legislative/L...n=1&vote=00344

So while Senate Democrats are willing to let illegal aliens across the border with covid and give them amnesty, they supported Biden's vaccine mandate for Americans. In December 2021, the "Senate passed a resolution ... to repeal President Joe Biden's vaccination-or-testing mandate for private-sector employers ... It was supported by every Republican and two moderate Democrats: Jon Tester of Montana and Joe Manchin of West Virginia."
    https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/con...ndate-n1285636

Every other Senate Democrat including including Senators Mark Kelly, Catherine Cortez Masto, Raphael Warnock, and Maggie Hassan, in Senate Vote 489, voted against the repeal of Biden's vaccine mandate.
    https://www.senate.gov/legislative/L...17_1_00489.htm

So Democrats let illegal aliens with covid come into our country through open borders and then mandate vaccines and lockdowns for Americans.

But that's not all. While America has problems with open borders and crime, in Senate Vote 353, every Senate Democrat including Senators Mark Kelly, Catherine Cortez Masto, Raphael Warnock, and Maggie Hassan voted against an amendment to prohibit "illegal aliens with criminal records from receiving conditional or lawful permanent resident status in the United States."
    https://www.senate.gov/legislative/L...n=1&vote=00353

And every Senate Democrat voted for final passage of this pro amnesty budget resolution. The resolution passed 50-49. https://www.senate.gov/legislative/L...n=1&vote=00357

Then efforts at giving amnesty moved to the House of Representatives. 220 out of 221 House Democrats, including Rep. Tim Ryan, who is running for Senate in Ohio, voted to pass the bill. Only Rep. Jared Golden of Maine voted against it. The bill passed the House by a vote of 220-213.
    https://clerk.house.gov/Votes/2021385

Democrats amnesty and open border policies could also cause hyperinflation if Democrats give them stimulus checks and government benefits. Economist, Jeffrey Sachs said that if "borders were simply opened and anybody could go where they want, ... hundreds of millions of people would be on the move and would overwhelm budgets and social services".
    https://www.pbs.org/newshour/economy...ees-in-america

The only reason that amnesty was stopped was because the Senate Parliamentarian rejected three different attempts to slip amnesty through reconciliation into the Build Back Better or as I call it "Build Back Badly" bill.
    https://thehill.com/homenews/senate/...gration-offer/

After the Parliamentarian stripped amnesty from the bill and Manchin rejected a larger version of Build Back Better, the Democrats came up with a smaller version of the bill over the summer changed its name to the "Inflation Reduction Act".

And while Senate Democrats were denied amnesty by the parliamentarian, they continued to support Biden's open borders.

Every Senate Democrat including Senators Mark Kelly, Catherine Cortez Masto, Raphael Warnock, and Maggie Hassan voted against an amendment to "provide additional funding for implementation of title 42." The amendment was rejected in a 50-50 tie. https://www.senate.gov/legislative/L...17_2_00294.htm

And every Senate Democrat including Senators Mark Kelly, Catherine Cortez Masto, Raphael Warnock, and Maggie Hassan voted against an amendment to fund "a $500,000,000 appropriation for the construction or improvement of primary pedestrian fencing and barriers along the southwest border." The amendment was rejected in a 50-50 tie. https://www.senate.gov/legislative/L...17_2_00320.htm

And this was in spite of the fact that since "President Biden took office, nearly 4.9 million illegal aliens have crossed our borders. This includes the 3.9 million nationwide total reported by CBP – which includes a whopping 3.4 million at our Southwest border – as well as approximately 900,000 gotaways who have entered the country undetected per agency sources. ... 2,071 pounds of fentanyl and 12,989 pounds of methamphetamine were seized at the southern border in July, with much more getting through because Border Patrol agents are busy processing illegal aliens. The amount of fentanyl seized in July is equivalent to 469 million lethal doses."
    https://www.fairus.org/press-release...ed-our-borders

And that also makes crime much worse in sanctuary cities with progressive DAs because illegal aliens also have much higher rates of crime.
    https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers....act_id=3099992

And then there are the 87000 new IRS agents in the "Inflation Reduction Act". Every Senate Democrat including Senators Mark Kelly, Catherine Cortez Masto, Raphael Warnock, and Maggie Hassan voted against an amendment to "strike the $80,000,000,000 slush fund for the Internal Revenue Service to prevent the hiring of 87,000 new Internal Revenue Service employees that will surveil and audit the private account information and transaction data of innocent Americans and small businesses." The vote was 50-50 and the amendment was rejected.
    https://www.senate.gov/legislative/L...17_2_00309.htm

Now Democrats will say that the new IRS agents will go after wealthy people who cheat and try to avoid paying their fair share but when given the chance to prove it through amending the "Inflation Reduction Act" they showed their true colors.

Every Senate Democrat including Senators Mark Kelly, Catherine Cortez Masto, Raphael Warnock, and Maggie Hassan voted against an amendment to "prevent the use of additional Internal Revenue Service Funds from being used for audits of taxpayers with taxable incomes below $400,000 in order to protect low- and middle-income earning American taxpayers from an onslaught of audits from an army of new Internal Revenue Service auditors funded by an unprecedented, nearly $80.000.000.000, infusion of new funds." The vote was a 50-50 tie and the amendment was rejected.
    https://www.senate.gov/legislative/L...17_2_00296.htm

And the end result will be that the IRS will be going after the low to middle income earners and not the rich. According to the Heritage Foundation, auditing "every single taxpayer with annual income over $1 million would require only 25,000 new IRS enforcement agents, but Democrats’ bill calls for 87,000 new agents. What will all those extra agents be doing?"
    https://www.heritage.org/budget-and-...ts-would-audit

"From fiscal years 2010 to 2021, the majority of the additional taxes IRS recommended from audits came from taxpayers with incomes below $200,000. ... Audits of the lowest-income taxpayers, particularly those claiming the EITC,
resulted in higher amounts of recommended additional tax per audit hour", according to the GAO. https://www.gao.gov/assets/gao-22-104960.pdf

According to Propublica, the "five counties with the highest audit rates are all predominantly African American, rural counties in the Deep South. The audit rate is also very high in South Texas’ largely Hispanic counties and in counties with Native American reservations, such as in South Dakota. Primarily poor, white counties, such as those in eastern Kentucky in Appalachia, also have elevated audit rates." https://projects.propublica.org/graphics/eitc-audit

And when you consider how the Federal government has treated conservatives and how Lois Lerner treated the Tea Party in the past, they will probably target conservatives more too.

As for Democrats claiming that they will make the rich rich pay their fair share, according to Propublica, "America’s billionaires avail themselves of tax-avoidance strategies beyond the reach of ordinary people."
    https://www.propublica.org/article/t...oid-income-tax

Here is how they do it. "Most Americans have to work to live. When they do, they get paid — and they get taxed. The federal government considers almost every dollar workers earn to be 'income,' and employers take taxes directly out of their paychecks. The Bezoses of the world have no need to be paid a salary. ... Steve Jobs took $1 in salary when he returned to Apple in the 1990s. Facebook’s Zuckerberg, Oracle’s Larry Ellison and Google’s Larry Page have all done the same. ... So how do megabillionaires pay their megabills while opting for $1 salaries and hanging onto their stock? According to public documents and experts, the answer for some is borrowing money — lots of it.
For regular people, borrowing money is often something done out of necessity, say for a car or a home. But for the ultrawealthy, it can be a way to access billions without producing income, and thus, income tax.
The tax math provides a clear incentive for this. If you own a company and take a huge salary, you’ll pay 37% in income tax on the bulk of it. Sell stock and you’ll pay 20% in capital gains tax — and lose some control over your company. But take out a loan, and these days you’ll pay a single-digit interest rate and no tax; since loans must be paid back, the IRS doesn’t consider them income. Banks typically require collateral, but the wealthy have plenty of that."
    https://www.propublica.org/article/t...oid-income-tax

Here is one example. "In both 2016 and 2017, investor Carl Icahn, who ranks as the 40th-wealthiest American on the Forbes list, paid no federal income taxes despite reporting a total of $544 million in adjusted gross income (which the IRS defines as earnings minus items like student loan interest payments or alimony). Icahn had an outstanding loan of $1.2 billion with Bank of America among other loans, according to the IRS data. It was technically a mortgage because it was secured, at least in part, by Manhattan penthouse apartments and other properties. ... After taking hundreds of millions in deductions for the interest on his loans, he registered tax losses for both years, he said. 'I didn’t make money because, unfortunately for me, my interest was higher than my whole adjusted income.' Asked whether it was appropriate that he had paid no income tax in certain years, Icahn said he was perplexed by the question. 'There’s a reason it’s called income tax,' he said. 'The reason is if, if you’re a poor person, a rich person, if you are Apple — if you have no income, you don’t pay taxes.'"
    https://www.propublica.org/article/t...oid-income-tax

And corporations don't pay higher income taxes either. "Corporate taxes ... have plummeted in recent decades in what has become a golden age of corporate tax avoidance. By sending profits abroad, companies like Google, Facebook, Microsoft and Apple have often paid little or no U.S. corporate tax."
    https://www.propublica.org/article/t...oid-income-tax

And the "Inflation Reduction Act" which Biden and the Democrats claim would make the rich pay their fair share is a lie. "ProPublica’s data shows that ... under the current Biden administration proposals, the vast majority of the top 25 would see little change."
    https://www.propublica.org/article/t...oid-income-tax

So the Democrats are making the poor and minorities in their own base pay their fair share and not the rich.

And then there are the high energy and gas prices that Democrats are trying to scapegoat others for. Democrats have blamed Putin and the Ukraine war for higher gas prices and called it "Putin's price hike". Democrats have also blamed Saudi Arabia for cutting oil production and accused them of siding with Russia. But it is all the Democrats fault and they proved it with the votes they cast in amendments to the "Inflation Reduction Act".

In Senate Vote 289, every Senate Democrat including Senators Mark Kelly, Catherine Cortez Masto, Raphael Warnock, and Maggie Hassan voted against an amendment to "strike a tax increase that would result in higher consumer prices for gasoline, heating oil, and other energy sources for Americans earning less than $400,000 per year." The vote was a 50-50 tie and the amendment was rejected.
    https://www.senate.gov/legislative/L...17_2_00289.htm

In Senate Vote 291, every Senate Democrat including Senators Mark Kelly, Catherine Cortez Masto, Raphael Warnock, and Maggie Hassan voted against an amendment to "require certain additional onshore oil and gas lease sales in certain states." The vote was a 50-50 tie and the amendment was rejected.
    https://www.senate.gov/legislative/L...17_2_00291.htm

In Senate Vote 300, every Senate Democrat including Senators Mark Kelly, Catherine Cortez Masto, Raphael Warnock, and Maggie Hassan voted against an amendment to "expedite consideration of permits and provide regulatory certainty for infrastructure and energy projects." The amendment was rejected by a vote of 49 - 50.
    https://www.senate.gov/legislative/L...17_2_00300.htm

In Senate Vote 303, every Senate Democrat including Senators Mark Kelly, Catherine Cortez Masto, Raphael Warnock, and Maggie Hassan voted against an amendment to "require oil and gas lease sales in the outer Continental Shelf."
The vote was a 50-50 tie and the amendment was rejected.
    https://www.senate.gov/legislative/L...17_2_00303.htm

In Senate Vote 306, every Senate Democrat including Senators Mark Kelly, Catherine Cortez Masto, Raphael Warnock, and Maggie Hassan voted against an amendment to "end the President's War on Coal through the approval of coal leases." The vote was a 50-50 tie and the amendment was rejected.
    https://www.senate.gov/legislative/L...17_2_00306.htm

While Joe Biden has been depleting our strategic oil reserve instead of boosting domestic energy production, 44 Senate Democrats voted to allow Joe Biden to export crude oil to China from our Strategic Oil Reserve. In Senate Vote 311, 44 Senate Democrats including Senator Mark Kelly voted against an amendment to "provide for certain conditions on the export to China of crude oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve." The amendment was rejected by a vote of 54-46 having failed to reach the 60 votes needed to pass it.
    https://www.senate.gov/legislative/L...17_2_00311.htm

And finally, every Senate Democrat including Senators Mark Kelly, Catherine Cortez Masto, Raphael Warnock, and Maggie Hassan voted for final passage of the "Inflation Reduction Act" to unleash 87000 IRS agents on the American people and increase taxes on the American people while doing nothing to secure the border, increase domestic energy production or doing anything to oppose Joe Biden's agenda. In Senate Vote 325, the Senate passed the bill by a vote of 51-50 with Vice President Kamala Harris breaking the tie.
    https://www.senate.gov/legislative/L...17_2_00325.htm

And in roll call vote 420, all 220 House Democrats did the same thing and the bill passed the House by a vote of 220-207.
    https://clerk.house.gov/Votes/2022420

So Senate and House Democrats are politically the same as Joe Biden. They caused inflation and increased your cost of living. They favor amnesty and open borders that drive down your wages. They want to decrease oil and gas production in favor of green energy that makes inflation worse. And while they are increasing your cost of living and driving down your wages, they support increasing your taxes and unleashing 87000 IRS agents on you.

With the exception of Senator Joe Manchin, every single Senate Democrat has voted with Biden over 90% of the time. Senator Maggie Hassan voted with Biden 96.4% of the time. Senator Raphael Warnock voted with Biden 96.4% of the time.
Senator Mark Kelly voted with Biden 94.4% of the time. And Senator Catherine Cortez Masto voted with Biden 92.7% of the time.
    https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com...ongress-votes/

And House Democrats are at least as bad and are really worse than Senate Democrats in voting with Joe Biden.

Only one House Democrat voted with Joe Biden less than 92% of the time. Only 6 House Democrats voted with Joe Biden less than 94% of the time and in the case of 3 of them like Rashida Tlaib, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and Cori Bush, it is probably because they were even farther to the left and didn't vote with Biden because his position wasn't extreme enough for them. Approximately 75% of the House Democrats voted with Joe Biden 100% of the time and that includes Tim Ryan, who is running for the Senate in Ohio, Marcy Kaptur in Ohio, Chris Pappas and Ann Kuster in New Hampshire, and Tom O'Halleran in Arizona.
    https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com...s-votes/house/

So a vote for just about any Democrat is a vote for Joe Biden and his agenda. Now ask yourself, with voting records like that, do Democrats care about the American people or America? With voting records like that, I don't think they care about America at all. Vote every Democrat out.
