    As you may have heard....last week, Frist demanded of the Justice Dept that all documents taken from Jefferson's office be returned. They refused and apparently got in a head to head with Frist and said they would quit first (YES! YES! YES! QUIT!..........NO!)
    Apparently there was some compromise worked out the details of which have not been revealed (to my knowledge)
