Well, we need to be careful about mixing these personal matters in our policy issues because take Vitter for example, who was involved in a scandal, but is now Vice Chairman of Jeff Session's Immigration Committee, and one of our staunchest allies to stop illegal immigration. I yearn for the Republican Party that I grew up with where these personal private issues were not part of a party agenda and were not discussed in the political arena, because no one cared or was interested or wanted to talk about other people's private concerns let alone elect candidates over it. That party wanted our candidates to take care of the nation's business, protect our civil rights, get the job done, and come home.
