This is the website for the DEA's most wanted fugitives, and I think everyone should take a look at it. I would expect a high number of Mexican trafficers in the border states, but it is almost every region. Each regional field office is listed just click to look.
I haven't done an actual count and calculated the percentage, but most of these folks are from other countries with the most representation from Mexico. It is nice to see where our law enforcement budgets are being spent.

Now I know where Batman gets all his money from....

I'm not trying to be prejudiced or anything. But judging by the pictures and names of those people, it seems to me that about 95% or more, are hispanic.
