    Here's Virginia rule for signs at polling places:

    "Are political signs at polling places allowed?
    Yes. Political signs may be placed outside official polling places for a maximum of 24 hours. Signs must be placed at least 40 feet from the entrance of the polling place, according to Virginia Code § 24.2-604. "
