In the Youtube video, is it the teen with others we see running back? Or were the ones running back being "protected" by the teen and his buddies by throwing rocks at the BP?

I found it hard to tell. It looks like the guy in the white shirt in the middle of the river is the shooter. And I can't tell if he is holding on to a kid or a kid is hanging on to his leg as he points the gun. I will say that I am not happy about this. That is a big canal and should be a neutral zone to me...a no mans land. Even an unarmed child molester if shot unarmed is going to be a big problem for law enforcement.

But I think this simply lends to how extremely volatile the border situation has and is becoming. Those men and women are under extreme pressure and I am sure the hate on both sides is growing. And being kids...you know they LOVE to tease the border guys. I mean if the cops anywhere had words and rocks thrown at them every day day after day...what do you think would happen?

Looks to me like the agent is attempting to arrest the one illegal and the other illegals are pelting the agent with rocks so the one illegal can escape back like the others did. Also looks like the arrested illegal is trying to knock the agent down, but it's hard to tell. Basically looks to me like the agent was under attack from all directions, he took a good hit from one or more rocks and responded.
