    I think that there are a lot of illegals who fall into this.........But I don't think that they make up the majority.

    Actually, they should be going after the lenders with the RICO Laws if they are illegals.

    However, I don't think that illegals are not able to buy property based on our current laws?????

    Of the borrowers signed a contract , I assume they did it of their free will
